City Park

City Park is a shopping center located in Tirana in Tirana-Durres highway. City Park is one of the largest shopping centers in Albania with 180 stores, hypermarket, ice skating track and many recreation areas. It is located 12 km from Tirana to Durres. Building City Park was worth about 80 million euros with a construction area of 111,000 m2 and 3,000 parking spaces. Enternal company has realized all of its inner workings and its facade. .

ABA Business Center, Gener 2 Investor

ABA Business Center is the tallest building in Albania so far which is 83 m, consists of 21 floors above ground and three underground floors. 3 levels (floors) underground are used as car park. 3 floors are used as "Shopping Centre", 4th floor is a food space, 5th floor is used as fitness center and management centre. All the other floors consist of offices. At the top level there is a restaurant which has a view of the entire city. Two floors below consist of apartments. Enternal has realized its inner workings.

Coin

Coin shopping center sells top brands of fashion-designs of a high quality. It is the object of Aba Business Center. All works were conducted by Enternal. .

TEG

After the indisputable success of the first shopping center, Mane TCI is finalizing the largest shopping center in Albania, Tirana East Gate (TEG). The center has a total area of 95.700 m2 and is designed to be a two floors center. It will include about 1,500 underground parking spaces , recreational facilities, restaurants, supermarkets. A series of buildings with different functions will be built around TEG, such as cinemas, restaurants, spa, hotel, etc.. This complex along with the shopping center will compose TEG PARK.

ETC

The Trade Center “Gallery” opened its doors to customers for the first time on 16 April 2006. Since this date, the center continues to serve its customers by being the reference shopping point of Tirana. Located in the heart of the city, with more than 70 stores, you can find the most popular brands of fashion, different accessories for you and your houses, banks, bars, travel agencies etc.. Enternal has realized its inner workings.

QTU

The First Trade Center in Albania opened its doors on 1 October 2005. This center occupies an area of 47,000 m2 in total and owns about 85 shops, offices, hallways and about 1,000 parking spaces, where 600 of them are covered. The project was designed by a Austrian design studio , which has a long experience in modern shopping centers projections . The center was built in cooperation with foreign companies ..

Sheraton

The only five star hotel in Albania managed by international companies . Positioned between shopping and entertainment complex in the heart of Tirana , this hotel is also just as close to embassies and major businesses located in the city . Consisting of 151 rooms , cinema , gym , spa , bars , and restaurants with international and traditional kitchen. Enternal company has realized inner workings and the painting of the facade.
